The Israeli public should be aware that there are individuals making automatic telephone solicitations in Israel, unauthorized by the Committee for Rachel’s Tomb, and they are claiming that they are requesting donations for our Committee.  Please be aware that these solicitations have NOT been authorized, approved or initiated by our Committee. The only requests for donations to our Committee are strictly in English and only on this website.  We do not solicit donations by telephone in any way shape or form.  Whatever money they may collect does not come to us. In fact, the only way we know that this is happening is by the complaints that people angrily send us about the illegality of their method of solicitation.  We have contacted the Israeli Police regarding this as we have reason to believe that this is fraud.  We asking for help by the public that, if approached by those people, please help us by providing us of the telephone number from which they made the solicitation and that number will be passed on to the police as part of the ongoing investigation.
